I wanted to share this blog with you. It gives you an entirely new perspective that may be helpful to some of you. This is the story of having a mother as an addict, to try to help her and eventually watch her die.

But her story continues with her own relationships and her own children. I must tell you this is a heart wrenching story and if you know anyone that doesn’t feel for the loved ones of addicts, please have them read this.

This is a story of survival. I hope that by sharing this with you it helps understand the pain, torment and agony that is experienced by the ones who have loved ones suffering from addiction. It is not an easy path.
